CHOOSE THE RIGHT PACKAGING

Use sturdy, double-walled boxes for heavier items and corrugated containers for fragile goods. For international shipments, opt for materials that meet ISPM-15 wood packaging standards when necessary.

DON´T LEAVE EMPTY SPACE

Use filler materials like air pillows, bubble wrap, or packing peanuts to avoid shifting during transit. Fill all gaps and reinforce corners and sides to reduce the risk of damage.

SEAL IT PROPERTY

Use high-strength packing tape (not masking tape) to seal all edges. Reinforce seams with the H-taping method to secure the top and bottom of the box.

LABEL EVERYTHING CLEAR
Include sender and recipient addresses on multiple sides of the package. Use waterproof ink or label covers to prevent smudging or damage during handling.

5. USE "FRAGILE" AND "THIS SIDE UP" STICKERS WHEN NEEDDED
These labels help guide handlers and prevent mishandling. However, they don’t replace good packaging — always pack as if labels won’t be seen.

6. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING
Include a copy of your shipping invoice and content list inside the package. It helps in customs processes and acts as a reference in case of inspection or disputes.

7. CONSIDER INSURANCE FOR VALUABLE SHIPMENTS
Protect your investment. If you’re shipping high-value or sensitive items, ask us about cargo insurance to cover unexpected losses or delays.

8. CHECK RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Verify international restrictions and product-specific regulations (such as hazardous materials or food items). Our team can guide you through compliance to avoid issues at customs.
